Hi, I'm Kristy

I became a licensed real estate agent in 2026 and work with buyers, sellers, and investors across Greater Boston. I bring a thoughtful, hands-on approach grounded in clear communication, preparation, and collaboration. I love helping clients see potential in a property and feel confident in their decisions.

My interest in real estate began on the client side. I purchased my first property in 2019 and transitioned it into a long-term rental in 2021, sparking a deeper interest in investing. Since then, I’ve bought and sold single-family homes, condos, land, and short-term rentals as a client.

Before real estate, I spent 15+ years in advertising and technology, leading teams, managing projects, and bringing ideas from concept to execution. I bring that experience to real estate by thinking ahead, connecting the moving pieces, and figuring things out when plans change. I genuinely geek out over homes and the possibilities they hold.

Outside of real estate, most of my time revolves around family, home projects, and getting outside. We live in Belmont, MA, and also spend time at our home in Bridgton, ME, where we enjoy hiking and skiing when we can. With four kids, there’s always something going on, and soccer fields are a pretty regular part of life. I also enjoy road races, exploring new places, and finding time to get outside with the family. Life is full, rarely quiet, and I like it that way.
