Hi, I’m Kristy—an energetic, hands-on professional with degrees in marketing and digital media, and 15+ years of experience leading teams, managing projects, and helping businesses grow. I began my career in advertising, brought that creative, strategic mindset into the tech world, and eventually found my way to real estate. In 2021, I started with my first long-term rental—and I was instantly hooked.
Since then, I’ve bought and sold several profitable properties, including single-family homes, a condo, land, and a short-term rental. I’ve personally lived in each one and always strive to make every tenant and guest feel truly at home in a Petrichor Property.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling with my family, spending time outside, bringing my vision to life through DIY projects, or running in a local road race.
