Hi, I'm Dario

I bring over a decade of experience in the New England real estate market, with a focus on identifying and growing profitable long- and short-term rental properties. I work closely with Kristy to evaluate opportunities thoughtfully, looking at both financial performance and long-term potential.

 

My background is in science, and I’m trained as an immunologist. I’m the Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Merida Biosciences, where I work on developing immunotherapies for patients with autoimmune diseases. That scientific training influences how I approach real estate as well—analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on long-term outcomes.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, trail and long-distance running, and getting out on the slopes as much as possible during the winter.​​​
